Erin Barrett
Erin Barrett is the Quality Improvement Lead for the Department of Clinical Neurosciences for the Calgary Zone, within Alberta Health Services. Erin is a Critical Care Registered Nurse, whose work is focused on leading QI projects with Neuro-teams, and building capacity and capability for staff and physicians. Erin is the manager of the Improvement Project Management Office and advisor for the site based Quality Council, both based at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary; and a visiting lecturer for Foundations of Health Services Research at the University of Calgary.

Hilary Weatherby
Hilary Weatherby is a Registered Nurse working as a Patient Safety & Quality Improvement Specialist at the University Health Network (UHN). She is currently working on a large organizational project focused on improving transfer of accountability and information transfer during patient care transitions. Hilary works closely with several programs at UHN to review safety events and implement local Quality and Safety initiatives to continuously improve patient safety at UHN for staff, patients, and families.

Sarah Tosoni
Sarah Tosoni is a Quality & Safety Associate at the University Health Network in Toronto, Ontario. Her work focuses on building physician quality & safety infrastructure, advancing organizational capacity for quality improvement (QI), and the ethical oversight of QI work.

Rebecca Prince
Rebecca Prince is a Medical Oncologist at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto in Quality Improvement and Innovation and her research work focuses on improving the safety of systemic therapy for cancer patients.

Samara Chitayat
Samara Chitayat is a pediatrician at McMaster Children's Hospital and St Joseph's Healtcare Hamilton. She is an Assistant Clinical professor at McMaster University and her work focuses on Quality Improvement in Neonatal care and Quality Improvement and Patient Safety medical education

Gavin Chu
Gavin Chu is an acute care hospitalist at William Osler Etobicoke General Hospital in Ontario. He is currently working on improving clinician-family communication during the COVID-19 pandemic on the medicine wards. He is dedicated to making a positive impact through clinical excellence and quality improvement.
