Maryam is a third year medical student at Queen’s University. Prior to medical school, she completed her Honour’s Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University, followed by a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from the Institute of Medical Sciences at the University of Toronto. She is interested in QI and MedEd.

Dr. Bägli is the Associate Head of Urology at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) as well as a world expert in interdisciplinary paediatric urology and translational science. He has intersecting interests and experience in health informatics, innovation, and leading transformational organizational change.
Dr. Teresa Chan
MD, FRCPC, MHPE, DRCPSC
Dr. Teresa Chan is an Emergency Physician in Hamilton and associate professor at McMaster University. Currently, she is also the Associate Dean of Continuing Professional Development at Mcmaster University. She is a nationally-recognized researcher & educator in faculty development and online education.

Erin Van Allen

Erin is a clinical nurse educator of critical care at a community teaching hospital. She is passionate about teaching and is known for her ability to break down complex information into smaller understandable pieces of information for learners. She is interested in quality improvements, especially implementing and evaluating best practices in health care. Erin is currently completing her Master's in Nursing with a teaching focus through Athabasca university.

Vinyas is a fifth-year MD/PhD candidate at the University of Toronto. Prior to medical school, he completed his undergraduate studies in computer science at Queen’s University. His interests are in health informatics with a focus on artificial intelligence.

Sarah is a PGY3 emergency resident at the University of Saskatchewan who enjoys dabbling in graphic design. Her background includes an undergrad in bio sci and art history, and she has worked with a variety of mediums (acrylic, pen, charcoal, oil) prior to learning graphic design in residency.
